• EV Charger: To install three (03) EV Chargers in Teresa Ville by 40th AGM in Oct 2025.
• Chequebook decommission: To migrate from Teresa Ville's payment of invoices by cheque to a digital method by 40th AGM in Oct 2025.
• SP arrears: To reduce the amount of contributions SPs owe to June 2023 level by June 2025.
• Playground: To upgrade the existing playground
